Hi all. My first post here,so bear with me! I am primarily a Bha fan(sorry),but year after year I am becoming a bigger Rooks supporter and enjoy watching the games at the Dripping Pan. Really love this club. Sorry, that's a small intro from me. Basically,my job makes it difficult for me to become a STH,& while I think £150 is an absolute steal(even the soon to be £180),financially it doesn't suit my situation. Paying a tenner at the gate for games I can attend is far better. Is it too late to become a shareholder(getting to the topic finally!)? I downloaded the form last month, but am desperately skint these days. May be able to muster up £30 soon,& would love to get involved & contribute to this great & deserving club

It's NEVER too late to become a shareholder of Lewes FC. Thank you for your kind words about the club. Please fill in your application form and send it off to the Membership Team at The Dripping Pan. It takes a few weeks to process applications because our volunteers have to take your form to the appropriate bank. But after that you will receive your certificate, membership card and owners badge. Times are tough, we know. But membership does have its advantages - including some nice discounts for some matches and merchandise throughout the season. Every new owner helps strengthen the club. Welcome.

It is also worth mentioning that James Boyes (official club website and programme editor) and myself were at the Supporters Direct conference on Friday in Chester, attended by the heavyweights in the game such as UEFA (William Gaillard, vice-president no-less), FC United, AFC Wimbledon and a host of others.
Lewes's transition to a supporter-owned club was mentioned time and time again as a glowing reference. Whilst things may not have gone to plan on the pitch last season, off it things are very definitely heading in the right direction.
And the more people that become OWNERS of the club through the membership scheme, the more we can invest into the infrastructure of the club and the more we can make the matchday experience at the Pan even better.
Do not forget that your £30 membership gives you exactly the same say in the club, the ability to elect who should be on the board and above all the same shareholding in the club as anyone else.
