Thanks for the feedback on report...as some of you may know I do write quite a lot for the club both in the guise of Theballisround but also under my real name...In a true Stig moment I reveal myself to be Stuart Fuller....
It was never in any doubt that the same group of us would travel to the game. The likes of Terry, Dave and Big Deaks never miss an away game. More people should try it - it is about the day itself and not just the 90 minutes.
It was a lovely surface although a very small pitch. Great little ground, shocking to get to though from the station....
Worthing is only just down the road.....

the youngsters did just fine, Jordan i believe was playing more like a left back in the final parts of the first half, and did some fine tackling in the first twenty minutes and gave encouragement to the forward on the left hand side with some fine passes. ( Sorry name unknown to me) josh Phillips from our u18s come on straight into the defense for the last half hour, played fine, passed the ball well, tackled. played fairly well, considering he meet his team mates two days before. Considering the whole team haven,t played together before, a good result, football was the winner today and so was Lewes FC, after the abandonment of football last season. This season will be an interested one. Finely a good day out, was had by all, well i had a good day

Holloway was there - not on the bench but from the side lines. You should try to get to these friendlies. Worthing next for me.

Holloway and Robinson the GK were watching the second half from near the players entrance. Ididn't recognise Hustwick if he was there too.
