If the Conference saved Northwich after they went into administration then there is hope for you.

Reading previous posts, I aasume ME is going to have to committ himself to some big financial guarantees on Saturday. I've read the CS website and it's obvious that our situation is clearly going to be picked up by the Conference Big-wigs. yes its ME that should be dipping into his piggy bank and rolling out the coins and unfolding the notes from the moths in the wallet, his toy his mess his money to be placed on the table

Whilst I wish you luck in savaging something from the predicament you find yourselves in, I don't recall much questioning of finances on your way up the pyramid? You have been on the list of clubs that were appearing to spend beyond your means for several seasons now, yet no one at the Pan questioned how a side could make such progress so quickly. I do not wish you any ill and I like visiting Lewes but I am afraid it does stick in the gut that when you were thrashing my side you were doing it with money you did not have and are never likely to pay back. Its not very nice to be laughed out of a ground by supporters of any side especially when mine does not overspend and its budget is set to match whats coming in. I am sure I will get widespread condemnation for this post but I just wonder what your views on that are?

I am sure I will get widespread condemnation for this post but I just wonder what your views on that are? There's certainly some justice in what you say, and there's no doubt that fans tend not to question their clubs' finances while they're doing well. Now we see clearly that there was no proper financial control at Lewes. That doesn't mean, however, that our progress through the leagues couldn't have been managed properly, even with our relatively small gates. The trouble was that the club wasn't run as a business, and once the man with the money found his pockets empty the game was up. Even a year ago the situation might have been remedied – now it's absolutely hopeless. All we can hope is that we regroup and later advance once again, but sensibly.

i supported the club and the new management...........same names knocking now as did then....so didumms. You did support the club and new management last year didn't you. Jumping on any of us who dared to question the appointment of the great Kevin Keehan. Until like the rest of us you realised it was a serious mistake and then you were quickly on here telling us about how you had spoken to Keehan and asked him to go. This advice of course he completely ignored.
